Frank Seddigh.

  • Increasingly sought out for defense litigation, high stakes deals and closing out what large firms have left a mess. Frank brings a clear, no-nonsense voice to discussions around legal disputes, conflicts, IP rights, brand partnerships, contract negotiations, and employment, focusing on desired outcomes.

Frank Seddigh is a defense-minded litigator and business lawyer known for navigating complex disputes and business challenges at the intersection of law, finance, and business operations. He advises boards, executives, entertainers, founders, shareholders and companies when the consequences are existential—financially, reputationally, and operationally—and is often brought in when situations require decisive strategy rather than theoretical solutions.  He is brought in when the client finally decides that it's time too move away from costly 'big law' billing machines to lean and efficient results oriented leaders.

Frank’s perspective is uniquely shaped by an uncommon blend of legal, financial, and operational experience. He began his career in big four public accounting, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and financial analysis. That foundation gave him a working command of balance sheets, financial statements, and risk exposure—tools he continues to apply when evaluating legal strategy as a business decision, not an academic or billing exercise.

From public accounting, Frank was general counsel and board advisor to the largest U.S. manufacturer of domestically produced fashion apparel, where he handled global legal operations and worked directly with the board and C-suite. He went on to hold senior legal and operational leadership roles as General Counsel and Chief of Operations across consumer goods, fashion, media, hospitality, technology and growth-stage platforms.

Across these roles, Frank has advised public and private companies on contentious SEC matters, due diligence, financing, M&A, real estate, labor and employment issues, and large-scale transactional work, with particular fluency in the realities of running multinational businesses. His work consistently centers on risk mitigation, deal structure, and resolving problems before they metastasize into existential threats.

Frank and his partners built a litigation and advisory practice spanning consumer goods, music, sports, fashion, brand partnerships, intellectual property, and complex business disputes. His recent work includes advising on matters connected to BIG3, the professional basketball league co-founded by Ice Cube, as well as representing Limp Bizkit in high-profile disputes involving royalties, catalog rights, and label accountability.

In addition to his legal practice, Frank has been a graduate professor for more than 18-years, teaching commercial fundamentals and real-world strategy grounded in actual operating experience rather than theory at both Cal State and the University of California. text goes here
