FIRM HISTORY.

Frank Seddigh spent more than 15 years as General Counsel and business operations to large public and private companies in the Los Angeles area.  From this experience, Frank fully understands the seat of our clients when facing legal needs and issues.  He is able to “translate” our answers and advice into a real-world context, giving clients the information they need to know to make the best decisions while not wasting their time by offering what they don’t need.  Frank is a self-described “deal lawyer” and highly skilled in dispute resolution, complex transactions, and business advisory.
